What did i learn during pandemic. The virus simply does not choose. I do not particularly want to write a pandemic one year later post because like a lot of people Im sick of the pandemic but I am big fan of reflection as a tool for learning so I thought it may be instructive to look back and see what I had to say how it holds up what Id revise extend or even retract. During this strange time of quarantines social distancing and precautionary living I have learned. The most important lesson I have learned from having to live through the coronavirus pandemic is that not everything goes your way. Evidence of concerts weekend day trips and a closeness with friends are tucked away in a treasure box from a former reality that feels distant and almost otherworldly now.

Over the years I gained weight became insecure stopped hanging with family and friends because I was ashamed and embarrassed.
